all departments at the meeting hall of the Virudhunagar District Collectorate,
in the presence of the District Collector, Dr.N.O.Sukhaputra,I.A.S., and
chaired by Mrs. Pudukkottai Vijaya, Chairperson of the Tamil Nadu State
