Prompt Handling of Election-Related Complaints (‘cVIGIL’ Mobile App)

In accordance with the instructions of the District Election Officer/District Collector,
a training session regarding the ‘cVIGIL’ mobile application was conducted for the
Flying Squads and Static Surveillance Teams. During this training session,
Mr.V.Prabakaran Joint Director and District Informatics Officer provided guidelines
on how to handle complaints received by the Election Control Room without any delay.
