In the strong room located on the premises of the Virudhunagar District Collectorate,
and in preparation for the upcoming 2026 Assembly elections, the District Election Officer / District Collector, Dr.N.O.Sukhaputra,I.A.S., inaugurated the mock polling process on the voting machines to be used in the elections, in accordance with the instructions of the Election Commission of India, and in the presence of representatives from all recognized political parties.
