2nd Karisal Literary Festival Opening Ceremony

The Second Karisal Literary Festival was inaugurated by the Hon. Minister of Finance, Environment and Climate Change, Mr.Thangam Thennarasu.
The Hon. Member of Parliament and poet, Mr. Kanimozhi Karunanidhi, participated
online and delivered a special address at the inaugural ceremony of the
